Some of our associations have a separate P.O. Box, some use P.O. Box 2475, Edwards, CO. 81632. Please check your statement for your HOA address. Please make check payable to your association, not Rock Property Services. If you have any further questions, please call us at the office 970-328-3347.

The associations are not set up for direct deposit, cost is a consideration. What you can do, however, is have your bank set up an auto-pay. Have them send the payment to the proper P.O. Box and always payable to your association, never payable to the management company.

For police or fire calls, call 911. They will ask for your name, address of the emergency, call back number, and nature of emergency. In case of flooding or anything else of that nature, please call 970-328-3347. If no one is in the office, you will be directed to our answering service; they will take your information and contact our on-call maintenance staff.
